We undertook the research that indicated the need for the procurement consortium and then set about assembling a consortium of social housing registered landlords, advising on the organisational form and preparing its Commencement Business Plan. We have since advised on a number of strategic changes and developments. It has grown successfully and diversified its business model and is a key player in the social housing market with a strong track record in combining procurement and the creation of associated training and employment opportunities.
