Charlie Bircham
Consultant
Charlie is a Consultant in the Land and Property Economics team. His experience has led him to have a significant interest in supporting the delivery of development projects relating to brownfield sites and underutilised land in towns and cities across the country. Charlie has experience in producing business cases, funding applications and the economic assessment of places and development proposals, working on a wide-range of projects across the UK.
Charlie has completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Manchester in which he was awarded a distinction. He has also has completed a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Northumbria University
He is currently enrolled onto the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Management Consultancy APC pathway and will sit his final assessment in the Autumn of 2023.
