Formerly an academic economist and managing consultant for a university based consultancy, Jim Twomey has been Director of Pion Economics since 1998.
Jim has extensive experience of economic and impact modelling, economic evaluations, econometric and statistical analysis and analysis of large datasets. Working across all parts of the UK, and for the European Commission, Jim has operated alongside Graham Russell and the AMION Economics Team for over twenty years.
